We had a family pizza party for lunch on Ethan's birthday and boy did he score!!! Mommy and Daddy and Heidi and Nana got him a trampoline. Grandpa and Gaga got him his first big boy bike!! Yaya and Ronnie got him a super cool horse swing made of tires which he can't wait to get on but we need to still hang it up. Auntie Kirsten got him his new favorite posession - Cars and a ramp track from the movie Cars. He LOVES that movie. I recorded it a few weeks ago and I don't think there's been many days where we haven't watched at least some of it. Since he opened the box we haven't seen him without a car in each fist except to eat, sleep and potty. We're having another party with his friends on Saturday at the "big silver airplane" so watch for another birthday post next weekend!!!
I can't believe he's 3!! He was sitting in my lap today while Heidi was sleeping next to us and I couldn't help but tear up (still with the crazy hormones) at how big he is. There is no baby in him any more. He's such a smart, respectful, happy little boy.
